DMCA / Copyright Policy

How to submit a copyright takedown notice under U.S. law.

Effective date: July 11, 2026

SpaceXBytes respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy addresses copyright infringement claims under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL)
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

We may share your notice with the user who posted the material or with other parties as required. Upon valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification meeting the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including your contact information, identification of the removed material, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or any district in which we may be found if outside the U.S.), and your signature.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers where applicable.
